These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jiabet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jiabet website available at jiabet.ws and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, color prediction games, live casino tables, and payment processing.

By creating a jiabet account, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jiabet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the jiabet platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of jiabet after any revision of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

jiabet reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. Players are responsible for reviewing this page regularly. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered on your account where reasonably practicable.

To register a jiabet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or automated system).
• You are accessing jiabet voluntarily for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing jiabet account, whether active, suspended, or closed.
• You have not previously been excluded from jiabet under the platform's self-exclusion or responsible gaming policy.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jiabet or its affiliated technology partners.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in your wallet.

jiabet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership — such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name — may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a formal request will result in account suspension.

jiabet accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jiabet wallet within minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 2 hours during business hours. jiabet does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may charge a transfer fee on their end, which is your responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to completion of KYC verification. jiabet reserves the right to apply additional processing time during periods of high volume or for accounts flagged for security review. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your jiabet account.

Currency: All transactions on jiabet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jiabet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign-currency transactions processed by your card issuer will be converted to BDT at your issuer's applicable exchange rate, and jiabet bears no liability for any resulting exchange-rate differences.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against a jiabet transaction without first contacting jiabet support constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Accounts subject to an active chargeback dispute will be immediately suspended until the matter is resolved. jiabet reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts from any funds remaining in the account wallet.

jiabet offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all jiabet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be claimed more than once per promotion period.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion. Bonus funds not converted within this period will expire and be removed from the wallet.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements. Games excluded from wagering contribution will be listed in the individual promotion terms.
• jiabet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, amend wagering requirements, or void bonus funds if abuse, collusion, or fraud is detected.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions but remain eligible to claim them via the jiabet promotions page.

The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first deposit only. The bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. Standard wagering requirements apply. Players must wager the bonus amount the required number of times on eligible games before any withdrawal can be requested.

• jiabet's decision on the outcome of any market dispute is final. Players may contact support to raise a dispute within 24 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") — where a market price is clearly incorrect due to a data or human error — may be corrected and affected bets voided at jiabet's discretion, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

Color prediction game results are generated by a certified RNG and displayed in real time. Results are final upon display and cannot be challenged. Minimum bet per round and maximum payout limits are displayed within the game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiabet platform:

• Opening or operating more than one jiabet account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or scripts to place bets or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate market outcomes.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or processing payments on behalf of another person.
• Money laundering or using jiabet for any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jiabet staff or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to disguise your true location if doing so is in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiabet's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in the player's wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

jiabet is not liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data or game progress; (d) any loss arising from a player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that was subject to a technical error; or (e) any third-party payment processing delays outside jiabet's direct control.

jiabet does not make any representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players who access jiabet from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
